About
Norma and Pam founded The Red
Cake Company in 2008. Norma has over 15 years experience in cake
making, decorating and design gaining herself a
City and Guilds Award for her skill. Before
becoming a qualified accountant she produced
many wedding and celebration cakes, some of
which were made for celebrities.
Pam trained and graduated as a Contemporary
Dancer and has always had a keen eye for creativity and design drawing
on inspiration from fashion, textiles and prints.
She started training in sugarcraft
at college and has taken Master Classes in London with a prestigious
Cake Artist.
Pam was inspired by Norma’s previous portfolio of work and
became passionate about cake design. Together they have supported
each other in their quest to develop The Red
Cake Company.
With the combination of experience,
eye for detail
and creativity Norma and Pam are delighted to
form such an individual and exciting new
business.
Both are members of the British Sugar Craft
Guild and have gained level 2 in Food
Hygiene and Safety (CIEH).
